The Social Service Center helps Iberia parish residents with milk, food, spiritual counseling, clothing, rent and utility payment assistance, temporary shelter, burials and gasoline for transients. Must be at the front door when they open at 9:00 AM to be helped — First come, first served. Must bring evidence of income or lack of income, rent receipt and all utility bills and food stamp program sheet. Rent will be paid if all utilities are included.
