Amian Health Services is an advocate, assistant and agent for the elderly and infirm. Amian Health contributes to an abundant, independent life for its clients and members by providing needed services while promoting long term professional, pleasant relationships. Services include: 1)SITTERS: care is provided in the hospital, nursing home or assisted living environment (minimum is 4 hours); 2)COMPANIONS: enhance the quality of life for clients by promoting independence, security, social interaction, friendship and personal attention. Available for home or other living arrangements; 3)HOMEMAKERS:provide assistance with household duties that are more challenging. Homemakers focus on providing a safe and clean environment and also provide companionship services as needed (house cleaning, laundry, meal planning-preparation – minimum of 3 hours); 4)CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS: CNA’s are caregivers who assist clients with more “hands on” needs than companions. Help with those normal daily routines that clients are not physically capable of performing and also provide companion and homemaker services as needed (assist with personal hygiene, toiletry, and ambulation/transfer – minimum of 3 hours); 5)GERIATRIC CARE MANAGEMENT: Care Management is usually intended to help both individuals and their caregivers. Care management can offer a way to identify and evaluate available options and assure that needs are met appropriately. (medical care coordination, doctors visits, home health, medicine, insurance claims, medical equipment, service contract supervision, home modifications, property maintenance, bookkeeping, bill paying, purchasing and transportation). 6) ALZHEIMER’S CAREGIVERS
