Maison de Williams is an Adult Day Care Program which provides the following services allowing participants to achieve a sense of mastery, self-worth and connectedness with others: supervised care, nutritious meals and snacks, individualized service plan, medication monitoring, nursing care, recreational therapy, individual/group activities, social/community activities, health education, family communication and activities, regular personalized status reports and personal care. Clients must meet all of the following conditions in order to be admitted into the program: conditions that limit self care, physical, mental, social and/or emotional functioning; 21 years of age or older; not bedridden; does not have severe health problems that requires substantial nursing/hospital care; not harmful to themselves or others; may or may not have control of bowel and bladder. Also accepts Lafayette parish residents.
