Evaluations and testing for those with concerns about memory loss or simply want a memory “check-up”. Therapy sessions can slow the progression of memory loss and stabilize the decline of memory functioning. Program is not curative, but its purpose is to extend, stabilize and maintain the individual’s memory capabilities.

Payment Accepted: No fees for Medicare recipients.
Eligibility Requirements: Must reside in a supervised facility such as a Senior Living Community, or an attendant of a Day Care Center, or visit an out-patient location.
